Going to therapy has really been helping me physically. I was a mess on day one. I couldn't even walk out of the room on my own. It was so painful. I cried on my way out for 4 days straight. Now I am walking out on my own. I am super grateful for a therapist named Vicente he really has been super kind and is very patient and gentle. He is awesome! I would also recommend David and Romeo they are great therapists too.
