KHI is an incredible team that understand your renovation needs, make great suggestions and know how to execute. We had a water problem on the floor of our house, needed to replace the wood with ceramic tile, remodel the kitchen and bathroom, re-wallpaper, re-paint, and add trims throughout the renovated area. From the very start of our massive project KHI's crew were always on time, polite, organized and so pleasant to work with. No matter how many change orders I threw at them they stayed on schedule and transformed our house from dull and drab to a showplace. We finally have our outdoor kitchen and patio enclosure of our dreams. Khi took our "saved ideas" and turned it into a backyard oasis. Kenny had to be very creative because we are a big family and have pets. From the seating area around the firpit and water fountain in the back it's a complete transformation. The project did take longer than what we expected. We know changes to the plan was unforeseen but Kenny and his guys pushed it through. Kenny Delgado of KHI Construction did a beautiful job of remodeling our bathroom after a major plumbing leak. A great craftsman himself, he also has very professional contractors who work with him. Our house is over 40 years old; the ceilings in the den and kitchen had been patched due to leaks. His sheet-rock guy was incredible! We hired KHI to do a major bathroom remodel. Mr. Delgado took our 1970's "bowling alley" style bathroom and turned it into a spa retreat. In addition, he reclaimed lost space over an unused attic area to triple the size of our existing closets. The man is a master with space. I interviewed 3 contractors before hiring Kenny. Kenny and his crew did an excellent job for us on a multi-faceted project. They completed an unfinished "bonus room" for us as an art studio (Dry wall, HVAC hook-up, flooring, lighting, etc.); added a temp controlled storage space above the garage (included re-routing the dryer vent from the roof); installed a track mounted "barn door" to the laundry room; replaced all of our dim incandescent can lights with modern, bright LED units. I am very pleased with our newly renovated restroom. The layout and design fits our lifestyle perfectly. KHI knew what would work best for our needs. Having that checked off the list a theater room has been added to it. I'm eager to see what Kenny has in mind for that. We are confident that KHI will be just as impressive with the theater room build out.

We wanted to enclose our media room which previously had a half wall. After waiting six months for another contractor to even schedule the job, I called Kenny and he finished the job in less than two weeks. The longest part for us was deciding on the scope of the project. Once everything was decided, his team took only two days. KHI Construction is professional, efficient, and courteous.
