Was hoping they would follow up and communicate as discussed so punch list items from hurricane Harvey could be finished.

The cabinetry work was gone over with me in every room before started. All of the cabinets and builtins are beautiful. The painters protected all the floors and the paint feels like glass,beautiful work. All of the workers were very easy to work with and were very respectful.
KHI Construction just completed my rebuild after hurricane Harvey. I could not be happier with the results. Kenny was always professional and responsive to my many texts and calls for updates. When it came to design, he is very creative and gave good suggestions that I never thought of that we implemented. All of the people he hired to do my job did quality work. I would recommend him for any home remodel projects.
With the aftermath of Harvey, Kenny and his wife were there right away. Their volunteer efforts in demo and dry out process was done fast and effective. Having them guide us through the process with the insurance adjuster and for the build back has alleviated has a lot of stress. The build back process has begun and I am confident they will take of me the rest of the way.
Khi is highly recommended because of its extraordinary craftsmanship and overall work ethics. The guys clean up well and Kenny always checked in with us before leaving for the day. Having the reassurance that our questions were always answered in a timely manner lead us to fully trust Kenny and his visions for our home. We loved having the 3D designs! With his wife being a realtor, she was so kind to inform us of the real estate market and what we could potentially sell for doing the upgrades.
KHI did a remodel for me at my home Kenny both met the deadline I wanted and did it very professionally. He followed all my needs in bathroom as I asked and then we moved on to the kitchen he did a total remodel for the kitchen, I would definitely give him all my work in the future and highly recommend him.
Kenny and his crew did an impeccable job on our renovations. Our kitchen is now the entertainment area we've always wanted. The custom cabinetry and butlers pantry are most admirable. We gave Kenny a brief idea of what we wanted and he showed ideas and the layout plan that would suit all of our needs. Our master and guest restrooms are now more functional and proportional. Khi construction is by far the best local company. Being family owned and operated really assured us that we made the right decision. We've met many contractors initially but Kenny is very down to earth and had great innovative ideas that we could not have ever imagined. He saw things we nor the other contractors didn't picked up on. It literally took him less than an hour to show his plans and give an estimate right there on site. We have always wanted to have a rustic, open concept home. Thanks to Kenny and his creativity we finally have just that. He upcycled our worn down fence and formed a vent hood out of it. He also made a fireplace mantle. Our dining room table is a masterpiece. Kenny and his crew custom made our 9foot table and bench. We were able to expand the utility room since Kenny found "dead space". He made a seating bench with a storage area and installed a more durable back door.
