He made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern we had was addressed. Not only do our appointments never get canceled last minute, he even take our appointments on that very day that it is needed. He is extremely reliable. I really admire him for how he treats his patients. We are confident that he always has the family's best interest at heart. He has been the family's doctor for more than a decade now.

They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover.
The chairs they had in the waiting room were horrible. I was so uncomfortable; I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
