I have had the worst doctor's appointment I have ever had in my life! Every staff member is rude including Dr. Khetan. I don't believe this doctor should be practicing medicine anymore but he needs to retire. He doesn't listen to his patience and his above correction. He is getting old and senile. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Dr. Suresh Khetan is of the best doctors that i've ever known in my life. Infact he is a God sent angel in disguise. I first met him on February 2003 after my recovery from diabetic coma (with a blood sugar level of 1500) at the Laurel Regional Hospital. He was introduced to me as the docor who saved my life.
