I went to pick up an x-ray order after having a consult with the doctor after a blood test. They had no orders ready, no notes stating the need for the x-ray. All they did was to say that they would get back. Knowing nothing would be done by just "waiting" I requested that the doctor who was in office write the order while I wait. Of course even that's a difficult task because I had to wait more than an hour just to get a simple cray order which was supposed to be done and ready for pick up days before after the telephone co... read more
