(Oak Bay location) I received foils/grey blending from Yana today. It was the best experience! Yana felt like an old friend I was meeting for the first time. There was immediate trust and comfort. She was skilled at educating me on the options available for grey coverage, and helping me figure out what direction to go. The appointment flew by and I am SO happy with the results! Shout out to Christy at the front, too: There's so much warmth and professionalism at this salon, I'll definitely be back.
On June 7th I had called to inquire about pricing and was quoted $140 for a toner + cut by the salon owner Kirstin herself. Me thinking that was a reasonable price agreed to be booked in for the following day and when everything was said and done I was charged $246 (not including a tip $296 in total). Upon reviewing my receipt I had no extra treatments, nothing special, just a simple toner + cut.
