I am autistic and chose this salon specifically because they have accessible features. I avoid salons as much as I can because of sensory issues but I was placed with Willow and it was by far the easiest haircut I have ever had. He accommodated my needs without me even having to ask and offered me options that made my experience more manageable. He is also very knowledgeable and efficient. Five stars specifically for CJ! I wanted to dye my hair green, and CJ did an absolutely exceptional job, achieving exactly the look I was going for. CJ was super pleasant and I'll probably come back to dye my hair again because of how well it turned out.
Esther did my lashes, she was excellent. The front desk team were super friendly. Will be back!
