Khani and her team were incredibly helpful during our relocation to Austin. We were on a very tight timeline to close before I had to start a new job. Hendrix & Zulu, as well as their network, made our move amazingly easy! They set up FaceTime walk throughs, gave helpful guidance on the home buying process in Texas, and even had a vetted list of services in the area after we closed.
I first came across Khani when she was helping my friend buy a house. I knew I'd be in the market for one within a year or so & was keeping my options open. After touring about 10 properties with Khani and my friend, I was constantly impressed by her - her enthusiasm, compassion, knowledge of the process, and responsiveness. She is in the right job, because she shines at this. She is now my real estate agent & I couldn't be more pleased.
The moment i met Khani I realized that I had the best realtor. Her knowledge about Austin area market was incredible. Khani at every step patiently explained everything with great detail and we started getting comfortable in making the right decisions.
