Tried this place back in 2021-2022. First appointment I had 5 cavities (3 minor & 2 medium) the first time the dentist (guy dentist) injected my gum with the shot to numb that area/side I felt horrible almost immediately. Couldn’t really breathe, my throat felt like it swelled, felt tightness on my head, and just felt anxiety. The customer service is horrible. They are never on time. They like to make one excuses after another. This is our 2nd visit and they have not reviewed the dental treatment plan with us. This is after I’ve written 2 emails to express how unprofessional they are for making my children wait for 2 hours for a cleaning. Today, we waited an hour before my child was called in to begin dental work. If you have nothing to do and want to sit around in a dental office, this is a perfect place for you. Editing my original review because of the past two times I’ve been here! I was made to wait 2+ hours even when I had an appointment time AND they didn’t even see me because there was something going on with my insurance yet they did not tell me until after the fact. Terrible service. You’re better off going elsewhere for your dental needs.
