Dr Khalid was very knowledgeable and sympathetic, very professional and friendly took the time to listen to me and help me with medication management. I would definitely recommend him and his facility. These are some of the best psychiatric doctors in the lower shore.
So disappointed with the VERY poor customer service from the first visit to this office. Showed up right on time for the first appointment but was turned away due to having to be there 15 minutes before the scheduled time! Why wasn`t my appointment set for the time when I actually needed to be there? Horrible attention to patient needs like prescriptions refills and scheduling. Just a very bad experience overall from the office staff to what are suppose to be services provided.
Excellent. The smartest doctor I've ever been too. And not just for mental health. Tells me things my gp or other specialists didn't know. Knows more about other organs than just the brain.
Very friendly, but has yet to send my prescription on time, making me go without 3 or 4 days sometimes a week with no medicine at all..
