I did get my refund from Dr. Allen I was a happy camper no other complaints still feel she is a good Dr.
Pretty cool doc. Helped me a lot.
Dr Allen is a good Doctor but her refund policy is something to deal with especially dealing with Medicare over payment, medicare says I overpaid and for me to get a refund, called 4 times about the subject and told checking with the accountant, and still have not a call back, but if call about an appointment I would get a call back within a day, I am very shocked about this situation
