I would definitely recommend K&G investments! Everyone within the company is very understanding of customer needs. They always came through with everything they said they were going to do and went above and beyond to ensure seamless transaction. In our case we are dealing with the loss of a loved one. They were very respectful when dealing with personal items within the home.

My brother called lauren in response to K&G's add. Lauren contacted me, quickly visited the property in Roseville, and presented us with a reasonable and fair offer to buy the house as is. We set a closing date of roughly two weeks out. Lauren kept me informed to make sure we'd make the closing date and the closing would go smoothly. We had planned to put our house on the market before we returned home form a trip to find a pipe had burst in the house. Even with out insurance, we were told it would take 4-6 months minimum for a contractor to fix, but we couldn’t wait that long.
