Deceptive advertising. We received a post card with a fair offer with a 20 thousand dollar range on a rental house we own. When the company called us back they asked about the property and after a long discussion which included my sharing information related to of a grant opportunity I was informed of, the staff member informed me of the offer, which was 30 to 50+ thousand dollars less than the offer in the mail. When our team spoke to this individual we had a long discussion with them about the property, so we knew what would be involved in rehabbing the property to the quality that we expect when we rehab houses and resell them. After gaining that understanding no offer was presented to this individual. We dont make offers over the phone. The amount of things that needed to be done was daunting, overwhelming. I reached out for professional help, and that is what I got with K&G. I was pleasantly surprised by Lauren and her team. They took time making sure I understood every detail, all of the why's & how's. What I ended up with was a written detailed proposal of the offer. Mine to view and review.
