Was told about a week ago that a new therapist that was starting on the 1st would reach out to me to schedule. I have not heard anything from anyone. I am starting to look other places due to everything going on I cant wait for the rapture to come.

Stopped replying to text about my appointments, called to schedule appointments and never got calls back, they literally ghosted us. Also was told I would receive a referral to a psychiatrist as well for medication, I filled the forms out but again, crickets… never returned calls or bothered to respond back to texts or emails. It’s been 4 months now and still nothing even when I call. I would give zero stars if I could.
