They gave me the wrong order I went to the counter n told them they didn't want to change it to what I ordered on top of that my tacos were cold 🥶 this is sad if yal don't wanna do ur job y work I will not go back there again disappointed

Awful to falsely tell customers to stay behind the window to meet speed but yet burnt greasy black chicken at that 8 piece $40 and the family rather eat a sandwich! Then no Taco Bell, no receipt return for refund stated closed! Ask for manager Jayleen? Wanted us to return tomorrow for a second meal! Since no refunds! Don’t know their regional manager name Kia? The chicken sandwich i had was steaming hot shows it was freshly made and when i got my nacho taco it didn't have a ton of lettuce like before and the cheese was actually melted to perfection the fries did have a lot of salt but that was good when i mixed it with my chicken sandwich
