Among the worst KFC locations and utterly ignorant and unprofessional conduct that is harmful to the company brand. Submitted a formal complaint to launch investigation into unethical business practices and filed an additional complaint with Better Business Bureau. The service and food was good however the drive through was closed and the inside needed to be remodeled. Looks like the owner doesn't care about the restaurant because it is in the "hood". The drive through is adequate when it's available but don't go inside. This review has nothing to do with the employees or service, this is an ownership issue.
