Disgusting experience here. Was waiting at the drive thru here for 20 minutes - no cars in front of me. I pull around and no one is working, they are just screaming and having a good ol time in there. I asked them can I order at the window since they couldn’t take my order for 20 minutes back at the speaker and they said no with a smile and shut the door. I was here October 6 at 6:20pm. That lady at the window has terrible customer service. Went to McDonald’s instead and it was quicker and way more simpler with a longer line... read more
Had to go inside bc drive through said they had 2 big orders- so we came inside. It was a wait but it was worth it. Patience is a virtue. The manager on duty - and staff working they tails off. You can tell. I appreciate them. Thanks bc I drove from the one close to my house off Military Hwy. who said they had one grill and was out of food. Thanks Ladies!
