Ordered food via uber eats only to be told they ran out and still charged me for the order that they couldn’t fulfill
This was by far the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. I placed an order through the app — it showed the store as open and my order as ready for pickup. I went there, only to be told that they were not serving KFC orders, only Taco Bell. I explained that the app confirmed my order was ready, but they refused to help or even process a refund. I ended up losing my lunch break, my time, and my money because they never refunded me. I go here for the Taco Bell, but it doesn't register in the Taco Bell app so I can't order ahead and pay. Fix it and I'll add another star.
