Stopped here to see if they could help me figure out how to make the purchase on my app and redeem the bucket of chicken and no one in the entire restaurant including the manager didn't know anything that's a shame.

Spoke with a manager less than 1 minute ago, got greeted over the phone by a young lady and when i asked to speak to a manager she left me on speaker where she then mocked me over the phone like an idiot, when i spoke to the manager he did not care. As much as I love this location I’m behind mad I ordered the 12 peice saucy nug meal THERE WAS NO SAUCE. If I wanted dry nuggets I’d make them at home
Tried to order on DoorDash, they accepted my order but when my dasher got there they were “closed” this store always has problems… absolute waste of my time.
