Did the survey on the back of the receipt. Giovanna the manager called, apologized & offered to make it right. Returned a week later and she remembered every item by heart. Awesome follow up by her!
3 employees stood around the cash register talking. Asked for cole slaw and Mac & cheese for my sides. Got mashed potatoes instead. Always check your order. Maybe if they had actually been working...
The customer service here is deplorable. The food looks disgusting. We waited 25 minutes before demanding a refund. I will never go there again and I hope no one I care about goes there either!
This place was old and disgusting. Waited almost 25 minutes for my order and demanded a refund and left. And lots of creepy people were there.
This kfc.... service is great with a smile. No more wedges bc of the new fries. Nevertheless, the chicken was crispy and the biscuits were on point. So highly recommend!
