Went in tonight to get 2 weds specials. One order wrong. Had to return it because sides were wrong. People in drive thru were constantly coming in looking for their orders. Second counter person arrived and was on her cell continuously as she took orders. Then went out for a smoke and more cell time. No one offered an apology for the wait or wrong orders, or thanks for waiting. All tables were dirty as well as the floors.
