Food is awful. Chicken is so damn dry. Not sure how they even manage to do that. Customer service on drive through just even worse. This place has been going downhill.
Customer service is terrible. I ask for recipes and dude on the drive through said Jesus Christ so much work in front of my face.
Guy at the drive thru was very rude and very dismissive. Was not good customer service
We ordered a chicken strips meal, came home and we had no chicken. How can a chicken place forget put in the chicken in the box and then I tried to call and the phone goes to a fax machine so I can’t even call to complain. Very disappointed
I am not usually the type to leave a review, but let me tell you. This is the greatest KFC in the state of Minnesota, and forgive me, the entire country. The staff are angels sent from heaven and they do right by the customer every time!!!!! I will eat here with my future children and their children. Thank you KFC oakdale 👑👑👑 P.S. all the negative reviews are FAKE BOTS don’t listen to them
