I ordered the 8 pc legs & thighs on the app. When I arrived to the facility, I went around to the drive thru (I had just come from having a lanicane injection in my hip) that was completely empty. I was told to circle the building, park, and come inside as the order was not ready yet. After doing as I was told, I entered a building that was hotter inside than it was outside and the real feel temperature was over 100°. One of the employees was fanning herself with a bucket lid. I think KFC has given up on the Highway 96 location. It's dirty and I believe the chicken was refried from the day before. The tea had a strong chemical smell and was undrinkable. I love KFC but avoid this location.

Strangest drive through experience I've ever had in my life. Could barely understand the employee taking my order, he was immediately frustrated and impatient with me while ordering, and when I got to the window he never said the total, had his back facing me, in the opposite direction with his hand reaching out behind him for me to put my card in his hand, same when he handed me the receipt and food bag, and never spoke a word.
