I went to KFC one evening back in July around 6:30 in the evening and I ordered 22 piece dinners and I requested a breast and a leg in each dinner. I also ordered one large side of mashed potatoes and gravy and one large side of coleslaw. When I got up to the window and paid for the order, the drive-through attendant told me to pull forward so I did. Never been treated so rudely. Apparently picking up my order was such a burden to them. Staff needs fired and new team in place.

I ordered the 8 pc legs & thighs on the app. When I arrived to the facility, I went around to the drive thru (I had just come from having a lanicane injection in my hip) that was completely empty. I was told to circle the building, park, and come inside as the order was not ready yet. After doing as I was told, I entered a building that was hotter inside than it was outside and the real feel temperature was over 100°. One of the employees was fanning herself with a bucket lid.
