Extremely disappointing experience. Multiple items were missing from my order. I had forgotten to order a small side at the drive-through and asked at the window if I could add it, but was told no, so I went inside and ordered it separately. When they called my number, the girl holding my bag literally put her hand up to another employee and said, “Who just gets an individual side?” Me! I do!! Your paying customer! Incompetent leadership and staff. Gave door dash orders to wrong drivers and refuse to remake them. Terrible customer service experience.
They never get my order right anytime I go. I always end up with something completely different from what I ordered.
