Every single time I place a mobile order here it is completely messed up and tonight was the last straw. I will never go to the Johnstown KFC again. My girlfriend didn’t get the fries she ordered, I didn’t get the sauce I ordered, her chicken was barely cooked and pink and slimy, my chicken was full of tiny little bones that made it barely edible. Ordered online and they said 45 min. We arrive at our time and sat in the drive through for an additional 20 minutes. We didn't have a big order. One bucket of chicken ( which they should have had) and a mashed potato bowl. It was paid for online but I gathered they made it when we arrived. Shotty service and won't be back for a long time b
