Love the extra crispy chicken! It's the best around!
I was not happy with the chicken I got yesterday evening. The bucket had excessive oil or grease in the bottom. The chicken beasts were gummy, the meat was dripping with oil. Not what I am use to at KFC. It was evening so possible if was left over, but if Col. Sanders was there, he would be disappointed. People are friendly, everything was ok, except the chicken.
I have learned my lesson! I would never buy from KFC on Scalp avenue in Johnstown again! Not only did I not get my order but was told the store could not cancel it. Tried to cancel on air and of course was on hold for 20 minutes and could never cancel the order. When we went to pick up the order was told they could not have the order ready for at least 20 minutes or longer even though we placed the order well ahead of the time. Ripped off and would never deal with this KFC again. Manager could care less.
The staff is so helpful and kind I was having a issue with doordash and a wonderful women her name was tess was informative and helpful and helped me solve the problem I would definitely order again .
