The staff is just mean I asked for the sauces that I ordered and the lady in the back was yelling loud enough for me to hear her and came over to the counter telling me she put them in the box she was talking about my sides when I corrected her she didn’t apologize she just gave me my sauce and yelled at the lady that told her
I ordered a 16-piece Extra Crispy chicken bucket from KFC through DoorDash, and I was extremely disappointed. Several pieces (almost half bucket) tasted as though they had been sitting on the holding shelf far too long. The breading was very hard, and the chicken was tough and rubbery. This is unacceptable and nothing like the fresh, crispy chicken KFC used to serve. What happened to your holding-time standards? Please make sure employees follow the proper shelf-life and freshness procedures.
The employees are terrible with no respect for the customer. The chicken is getting worse at this particular KFC. They have a no care attitude and one time I could of sworn that someone took a bite of the chicken and put it in my bucket!!!
