I visited this KFC earlier today and made a purchase. When I returned later and needed to use the restroom, I showed my receipt but was still told to buy something again. This was disappointing. As a paying customer, I expected better treatment. I hope management improves this policy.
I will never order from this place ever again, they allowed me to place my order then said they didn’t have what I had just ordered, didn’t let me change it bc it was already paid for and said I couldn’t get my refund. So I spent $30 got no food and I didn’t get my money back bc they refused to swap out one item that they allowed me to buy when they didn’t even have it. Ridiculous.
