I ordered KFC because I wanted to try the new cheese curds and cheese curds bowl. When I got my food, There was barely any cheese curds and there was no fork or straw. I ordered an iced tea but got a lemonade because " this location doesnt serve iced tea" so why is it on the website. When I called to complain, he said the cheese curds only come in 5's. The owner/management of this location needs to do what I would say is a wellness check on the employees. Your greeted with under enthusiastic people that always appear to not want to be there and the service equals that. The menu is crowded with too many items and you have to go back to figure what you want all over again because they don't have anymore.(Early in the day) I will say it's clean for the most but spare us the attitudes.
Brandon was very helpful and he has excellent customer service skills. I had never used the app and he took his time and showed me how to make it work.
