Worst experience ever. I ordered a $15 hot wing combo with Mac n cheese. I waited 30 minutes, couldn't get a refund according to staff. Didn't get the Mac n cheese they gave me potato wedges, which I don't like. If I wouldn't have worked a 10 hour shift I would make my own food. I came for the convenience. But it wasn't convenient at all. I think I'm officially done with fast food restaurants.
Walked in and tried to use the restroom before ordering was told the bathroom was put of order then overheard a manager call me and addict as I walked to the counter to order. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful staff here.
No problem with the taste or quality of the food at KFC, and their service was quick enough, but their prices are getting too high. Although the other chicken fast-food restaurants are increasing in cost as well, such as:Raising Cane's, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes etc.
I honestly wish I could give this KFC less than 1 star. I know it’s fast food so my expectations weren’t high to begin with, but the service here was beyond rude and unprofessional. Me and my roommates just wanted KFC for dinner because of the wedges comeback, and we ended up ordering through Uber Eats twice. The first time, my driver told me someone else already took my order.
