The manager who claimed his name is Johnson was extremely impolite, they served me the wrong order and refused to fix it, they weren’t even apologetic. When I said you should be better to customers especially when you do a mistake, he responded, I” don’t care.” A person in KFC customer service industry, says I don’t care, turns his back and leaves when his team makes a mistake.
I was told they don't sell white meat on Tuesdays buy one of the employees and then the manager comes out and says they don't sell white meat on Tuesdays and then all of a sudden they sell me the white meat that I asked for. They need better management here. This is located at Old York road and champlost in Philadelphia
