I discovered a significant amount of wood rot around my home's foundation when I was tearing out an existing deck. The first two times I hired this company, was very satisfied with their work and customer service. The third time last year, when I was somewhat desperate for their services around the time crunch of a house under contract, I emailed details as requested per a phone conversation. After no reply, called multiple times and emailed for follow up and was essentially ghosted. Was very surprised as it was inconsistent with prior customer service.
