If I could provide zero starts that is what they would be getting. ZERO STARS!!! Terrible customer service. I Have spent 5 months trying to get an invoice paid. Reaching out by phone and email repeatedly. This company dodges their responsibilities by making good faith assurances and not following through, making it so you have to continually call-only not to get a return phone call or email. 5 months is too long to not pay a vendor for work that was completed and 100% necessary by Washington State Law.
