Was a Great Dr that cares for my child. She was given medicine and is much better today.
Love Dr. Colli and Dr. Kaufman...there nurses are amazing as well...other staff members especially the front staff leave a lot to be desired...they are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional...theres one that refuses to even wait on me because I complained about her attitude..and I'm not the only one who has complained about her, yet she's still there.
I love my daughter's doctor dr. Kent, and sad to see she's retiring. Hope to get another great doctor just like dr. Kent. Only been using keystone since August and its been a okay experience other wise. Would advise not going to the walk in between 6 & 7 pm, due to them being super busy one time i was there and needed to go to the walk in clinic up front via the receptionist after someone on the phone telling me to come, that night instead of making appointment for the next morning.
Frustrated by the reception staff, office personal! I have really not much good about it. We have been with them for 16 years and in the past few years the quality of the staff has greatly demonished. Love the Doctor's, they are great but unfortunately I have to deal with the staff first.
