Almost all of my home's major systems are original, so they are/were around 23 years old. I was told by another HVAC company that my furnace had cracks in the housing of the furnace. I got pricing from 3 different HVAC companies; Keystone offered me the best price AND even replaced my original hot water tank for a great price. Very professional group of people - during the quote process Chris was on-time, and he listened patiently to our concerns and our wants. Without a hard sales presentation - yet he provided much needed information (he did NOT give us that used car salesman feeling), he was not trying to push his own agenda. I can not say that Keystone's quote was the cheapest.
