RecommendedPositive, Positive, Positive Experience. I have been part of this family since 1999 when they were in Mauldin. Had to leave for 2 years due to insurance conflict but now I am back home. Big thanks to Doctor Smith and the whole staff for making me feel so welcomed.
I have to sit and wait for at least 15-20 minutes past my appointment time repeatedly. I get it. Sometimes patients need more than just 15 minutes of time to properly diagnose. But tell someone who has never complained about having to wait that they need to reschedule after calling ahead to inform that they would be arriving late and then arriving precisely when they said they would arrive is ridiculous. If I wanted a doctor that would treat me like crap, I would opt to see someone much closer to my home....
RecommendedThe best family doctors office. I am able to always get in to see a doctor same day if needed. Office staff friendly. And you can access the MyChart app on your phone to schedule appointments or communicate with your doctor directly by email. Dr. Rebecca Starr Smith is the best! ❤️
Awful place... No wonder they are always looking for new patients...I arrived a half hour early as requested and they had me waiting long after my appointment time. I finally left and it was obvious that i wasn't the first to do this. They try to get you in their office as often as possible to milk money from you and insurers. Three visits required for a simple physical. 1 for consultation, 2 for bloodwork, and 3 for actual physical. They seem more concerned about revenue than patient care. AVOID THIS PLACE!
Terrible customer service . I was 9 minutes late & when I got there it was a line , the other lady at the window was on the phone , and the nurse was standing in the front having casual conversation looking at her watch . When the lady at the other window got off the phone she asked the nurse and she said she just got here ? She then ignored the lady at the front desk so I asked was that a no , I said no I've been standing in line . Rejection from people when you really really need them is the worst !! That's what I got ...terribly sick and could barely talk and that's what I got.. 8 min late for my appointment and was told because of that I was being sent away sick... You're gonna have to reschedule ... If 8 min is all it takes to send me away sick .. I don't need another appointment I need another doctor. I guess that's why they call it the hypocritical oath! Only a hypocrite would punish you for being late when they make YOU wait for hours!
I would personally like to recommend Keystone Family Medicine for your medical needs. The doctors, nurses, and staff are top notch! Dr. Rebecca Smith has been my primary physician for over twenty years. She epitomizes all the qualities a family physician should posses. The nurses are so kind and among the finest!!! I feel very confident in their abilities, but if a specialist is required, they will see to it that you are referred to the right doctor.
