Updating to change our rating for current project. It would be less than a 1 star if that was possible. We reached out to Anthony in September 2024 for a bathroom renovation. To say communication was subpar is an understatement. We finally emailed today to cancel the project entirely. It was never started, thank goodness. My wife and I have used Keystone (Rick) for the last 25 years to replace carpet, wood floors, and tile floors. Keystone also redesigned our kitchen and primary bathroom. We just completed a complete re-do of our downstairs -flooring, beams, paint and plantation shutters. We could not be happier with the design and creativity of Rick and the professionalism he brings to every project. The quality of the contractors they use and the products they sell are first rate. We don't make updates to our home unless we call Rick first!
The price, service and advice are outstanding.
Our home experienced water damage from defected hot water tank. We were referred to Keystone by the Restoration contractor. I worked with Charmaine to select the products for restoring bathrooms, floors and fireplace. She was very patient and accommodating and provided design expertise. The entire crew who were responsible for installing wood flooring, tiling bathrooms and fireplace did a great job and were very professional. I highly recommend this company.
