The quality has gone down big time. The batch i got on 4/2021 was awesome. Like all others i have gotten. The batch on 7/2021 was horrible. Huge veins and gristle chunks. Red blood in it. Nothing like previous batches. Go back to the quality you were producing or you will lose a ton of people.
While the quality of your meats was good, your IT system was compromised. The credit card data I had on file with you was used in fraudulent transactions and I have been receiving between 20-100 spam emails a day because of that compromise. I contacted your your internal and external IT staff and was basically ignored.
