The aftermarket parts are the worst,don't buy anything for keystone,,
Bad Stuff – I called recently for a part from W&Vs. They, like so many other yards were recently taken over by LKQ. The most dismaying change is they have rehired an old employee, Lance Whipple. I've been in the automotive repair business for several decades now and I've watched this man drift from one wrecking yard to another only to be fired from each one for drug use, theft and back door deals. Ehh – Bad customer service, need to be more friendly and the employees need to look like they actually like there job, even if they hate it. I called and asked if they had a 93 Jeep in there yard and the man told me that he was one man in a single small building and could not go look. I decided to chance it and drive there because I really needed a door. TERRIBLE Neighbors – The "sprayed for weeds" last fall, with absolutely NO warnings to neighbors to cover any plants that might have been in the spray zone. I had a whole bed of flowers from my now deceased Father planted against the back fence. Of course, their overspray killed them all. No apology, no nothing, just nastiness on the phone. Don't do business with bad people like them!
cheap parts – Cheap junk parts,not reliable. Poor customer service. They do not stand behind their warranties. Can not rely on their word or honesty. Do not recommend to do business with.Avoid at all cost. You will be left holding the bag of junk with no compensation!!!
