I enjoy living here. The maintenance crew does an excellent job with snow removal, mowing, etc... and its close to everything that I need and like to do. So far its been a great place to live.
While my stay had been short, the staff is always professional and very helpful. I had a few maintenance issues that were fixed within 24 hours of being them to the leasing office's attention. Rosemary in the leasing office is very genuine and professional!
Going into day 6 with no working A/C. We have had two days of 90° or warmer temperatures during this stretch. A maintenance request has been submitted and the office called. To date I have not heard from anyone to even know if they received my request for maintenance and notice about this problem. All I've been able to do is leave messages with no response. Not even completely moved in and hate it. I don't think anyone did a walk-through after previous tenant moved out. Shelves not capable of holding things. Door to microwave ready to fall off. Lights not working. Loose cabinet doors. No stoppers for kitchen sink. And to top it all off the keys we were given didn't open the doors. There is a garage door opener in the garage but we aren't given one to open the door from outside. Unethical. Poor communication. Charge for things that were already broken or worn out. Very judgemental and do not really care about the tenants, just the $$.
Moved into a townhome this past Friday. Was an extremely enjoyable experience. Susan and Jamie were very pleasant, professional and positive through the entire move in. There were a few challenges after the move in with the washer and shower. We called and it got taken care of same day no questions asked. The maintenence guy was nice and professional and got things done in a timely manner and kept us posted on what was going on. The property is gorgeous.
