Loved living there! Rosemary and the staff were very helpful! If there was an issue that needed to be fixed it was fixed the same day or next!
We are new renters & so far we love it. It's convenient to all major highways & to downtown Carlisle. There are plenty of shops close by too. The housing is new and modern. Neighborhood is quite & safe. And, they allow dogs!
While my stay had been short, the staff is always professional and very helpful. I had a few maintenance issues that were fixed within 24 hours of being them to the leasing office's attention. Rosemary in the leasing office is very genuine and professional!
Going into day 6 with no working A/C. We have had two days of 90° or warmer temperatures during this stretch. A maintenance request has been submitted and the office called. To date I have not heard from anyone to even know if they received my request for maintenance and notice about this problem. All I've been able to do is leave messages with no response. Hoping to have this resolved soon or at least cooler temperatures until some attention is given to this matter. Not sure what the delay is in the past they've always been... read more
Not even completely moved in and hate it. I don't think anyone did a walk-through after previous tenant moved out. Shelves not capable of holding things. Door to microwave ready to fall off. Lights not working. Loose cabinet doors. No stoppers for kitchen sink. And to top it all off the keys we were given didn't open the doors. There is a garage door opener in the garage but we aren't given one to open the door from outside.
