If you are buying a property managed by these people. RUN as fast as you can and don’t look back. Slow to respond and go through managers like candy. Never answer your questions. I could go on and on. Long story short these people are a joke.

Absolutely horrible property management. They hire a horrible company for snow removal and then don’t return phone calls or emails. In the meantime I am paying for snow removal service but my daughter has to shovel my driveway

RecommendedI recommend Boyd Wilson Olde Hickory on every level. When calling the manager, Susan, I am greeted with courtesy and a willingness to help in every way. We are just recovering from a blizzard and the plows were working for hours to help us navigate. It is a great place to live!

Unethical business practices! Refuses to return calls or emails. Charges homeowners for services never received/needed nor requested.

This company has very poor management skills. in just a few months 10 residents have left and only 2 moved in. That should give you an idea about their ridiculous rules that they pick and choose who needs to follow. Grounds keeping is over payed for their minimal work and property manager is rude and obnoxious on her best days. Stay away from properties that use Boyd Wilson as their property management team.

Not sure who I spoke to on the phone today, but he was so rude & unprofessional. Was looking into renting an apartment in the complex, but I quickly crossed that one off my list, after speaking to him.
