They did a horrible job on the appraisal. Specifically, the appraisal by Todd Kreigh had countless errors and transposed numbers in the appraisal. There were gross miscalculations on the square footage, and even though we meet with them personally, they failed to take in to account any upgrades. Don't use this company if you have any desire to have an accurate appraisal!
