Nice building, but after living there for 3 three years as a good tenant, they refused to write a 9 month lease since I was going to leave the area. Told me to sublease for last three months.
Overall, my experience at Keystone has been good. The building is clean, the maintenance staff members are extremely friendly and helpful, and my neighbors are nice. I have a few minor complaints, but they are nothing I would consider moving over. I hope to continue living here until I am done with my professional program at the UW, and I would not hesitate to recommend living here to my friends and family.

This was the nicest experience I've ever had renting an apartment. After living here for two years, I really have no complaints and I know that I will definitely miss this place now that I'm leaving Madison! I especially love how welcoming they have been to everyone's pets.
Kylee and Monica, the property overseers, took good care of me with setting up the lease and maintenance has been helpful with the (few) repair/checkup requests that I've had. The environment here is tranquil; one doesn't hear traffic in the hallwall, music playing through walls or dogs barking off balconies into the courtyard.
