I have a 2020 GMC Acadia that been having so issues and currently it’s my only vehicle so a loaner is a must with 3rd row seating I called 6 different dealerships including bell wasik of caro where I purchased this vehicle and I couldn’t get the time of day or even try and get me a loaner with 3rd row seat except Burt Watson of Reese there service department was amazing I would recommend anyone needing a service to go there and I will now on be doing my business with them

Todd in service is excellent. Always gives me a detailed explanation to my questions and concerns.
The sales staff at Burt Watson Reese took the time to listen and make knowledgeable recommendations. Communication was clear and there were no surprises along the way. They ordered a custom vehicle for a lease and it looks better in my driveway than on their computer! Talk to Darryl. He’s now put three generations of my family in great rides.
