I wish I could give this place 0 stars because that’s what they deserve. To start off I’ve had very rude nurse experiences here, just to give you a all heads up I’ve been called OBESE, and I’ve also been told, “oh you’re having a fourth girl, maybe you should take this as a sign to not have anymore babies” first of all that’s no one’s business how many kids I have. Worst service ever! They never Never answer the phone!! The assistants dont know what are they doing, I have been waiting for weeks for the appointment and they just changed it further because was a mistake.
Although I waited six weeks to see Dr. Santiago for the first time I am so grateful that I did. Naomi Andrews was amazing, I’d never want anyone but her to deliver my child. She was comforting, calming, professional, and informative in every step.
Horrible service. Save yourself time and a headache and find another office so many better options with staff who actually care
