Worst service ever! They never Never answer the phone!! The assistants dont know what are they doing, I have been waiting for weeks for the appointment and they just changed it further because was a mistake.
Although I waited six weeks to see Dr. Santiago for the first time I am so grateful that I did. Naomi Andrews was amazing, I’d never want anyone but her to deliver my child. She was comforting, calming, professional, and informative in every step.
Horrible service. Save yourself time and a headache and find another office so many better options with staff who actually care
TWO times I called putting an emergency request in. They didn’t respond a WHOLE WEEK! I thought I was miscarrying, thankfully the urgent care in Marathon was able to see me and give me answers. I started having complications again and same thing. I called with an emergency and didn’t hear back now going on day THREE! It’s absolutely absurd. They are beyond unprofessional and do not care at all about the safety of their patients or their pregnancies.
