The blinds were great but customer service is awful! Our electric window shade stopped working and the owner was too busy to come and fix. Gave me other places to call and no one wanted to work on his installations and said they get calls all of the time to fix his instals. He is responsive if you want to buy shades, just don't expect help when they break!
