Hands down the best vet we’ve ever been to. They took incredible care of Zara and made us feel completely at ease. The vet personally called me to explain everything they were going to do, with such kindness, clarity, and patience. The lovely lady at the front desk was equally warm and welcoming. We’re beyond grateful—and Zara officially has a forever vet. Thank you so much! ☺️🐾
The team at Keys Animal Care Center saved my little boy Zesty! We brought him in with a blocked urethra and they did a wonderful job making sure he was cared for, getting the fluids and food he needed, and working with us to find solutions for treatment which we could afford. I can’t thank Dr Humphries, Dr Scales, Denise, Sam and that who team enough! You are all angels to us and Zesty is back to being his little love bug self. The ONLY vet I go to as long as I’m in the Keys.
Front desk staff are the rudest and unprofessional I've ever encountered. (Ya'll know who I'm referring to). Luckily we now go to Cruz animal hospital.
Dr. LInzie Brown was great. She listens. Emergency today appt $120. Very reasonable. Got in within 2 hrs of calling. You would be pleased. Great reviews.
