We do exterior restoration project. Keyrenter is one of the best companies we have worked with. Their managers know what they are asking when they send us out for a project, and they are able to relay messages of what we see properly to their customers. They are very professional in how they work with customers, but also contractors they call upon for work. I have since referred a friend to them and that has gone well as well.
Great service and communication!
As a landlord, and currently looking for a place to rent (long story but i dint want to evict anyone) this service is absolutely terrible. Again, as a renter, its a brick wall of texts and emails that lead to nothing. Highly tecommend any landlords not use this company.
