Wonderful experience and easy process.
Worst renting experience I’ve ever had. The house was good, but dealing with Keyrenter makes me never want to rent again. They charge for everything, even normal safety things. For example, we smelled gas. Put in a maintenance request for our safety and the safety of the home… they charged us $80 to come out and check on it. We left the house spotless, they even said we left it great and were great renters, yet they took over $1100 from our deposit for “repairs.” These included the STICKER kitchen tiles losing their adhesive... read more
Renting from Keyrenter has been a very pleasant experience. As a tenant, they have taken great care of me and always notified me if somethings needed. Additionally, John (my property manager) recently reached out to me after the A/C was fixed just to double check and make sure everything is working great. Every other management company, I'd have to be the one reaching out but in this case they reached out to me to ensure I was taken care of. Can't say enough good about them!

I thoroughly enjoy working with both Rebecca and John. Their focus, intentionality to details, and creating a smooth onboarding process for investors and a clear application process for tenants, is phenomenal. Working alongside of them gives me great confidence that owners/investors are taken care of and so are tenants leasing properties.
