I can’t begin to describe my ongoing frustration with this company. They do not return calls or texts. I’ve had to show up at their office twice in complete frustration due to the fact that no one would return my calls. They are extremely unprofessional. I was first supposed to deal with Neil, then given Lisa and lastly Nicole. All of which were useless. I feel bad for the owners of the house, as I don’t think they know what’s going on. We had a great experience renting through Keyrenter. They made finding an apartment quick and easy. Lisa was very attentive and always explained things thoroughly for us, especially when we were signing our lease. They are also quick to respond when we need repairs done in our unit. We have had frustrating experiences with other property management companies in the past and have been very happy with keyrenter so far. I would highly recommend renting or leasing through their company!
