Andy managed my property for 4 years and overall took good care of it. However, my issue was an occasional lack of communication; in the past, he sometimes became unresponsive for 1–2 weeks. Most recently, he went completely unresponsive for 3 weeks, which was simply not acceptable. Our primary bathroom needed some repairs having to do with our shower handle, and our broken toilet seat. Javier with key renters was very good at communication and helping us reach a solution and now both of those things are fixed and perfect for future use.

Andy has managed our property in the last year. We are very happy about the work he has done. Andy marketed our property well and found high quality tenants. He handled repairs and maintenance efficiently. We have always got the rent payment on time. Andy also assisted us to sell our house to the tenants successfully. Keyrenter has been phenomenal in managing my rental property and there has been no complaint whatsoever about them. Andy has been very efficient in marketing the property and managing it with his team.
