I am an over qualified tenant with a perfect record and perfect credit score. I’ve been approved to all apartments I applied for but for some reason, keyrenter took 2 months to even go through my application and wanted to accept me and offer a lease when it was all too late. Very unprofessional, lack of communication, and people at the office don’t do their job. I can’t imagine what it’s like waiting for a repair from them so I turned their offer down.
Keyrenter has been phenomenal in managing my rental property and there has been no complaint whatsoever about them. Andy has been very efficient in marketing the property and managing it with his team. I am very happy with their services and I am pretty sure my tenant who renewed their lease for the 2nd year has been pretty happy as well. Surely recommend them to manage your rental property.
