Have different people reach out to pretend as prospective tenants, yet no one at Keyrenter ever pick up the call. Always goes to voicemail and no follow ups. If you use Keyrenter, expect your property to suffer vacant loss for as least 6 months! We are so happy with Sheila and Keyrenter. Property management requires attention to detail, problem solving skills, professionalism, and follow through and Sheila does all of those so well! The company looks out for ways to create a better experience for tenants and owners. One way is lining up HVAC service 2x/year at a discounted bulk rate.
