I would not recommend Keyrenter Property Management based on my experience. They have had possession/access to my home since the end of August, and I have been extremely disappointed with the lack of progress and attention given to the property. Communication has also been frustrating. It has been difficult to reach someone by phone when I needed to discuss concerns. Anna was incredibly helpful, provided a lot of info about the listing I inquired about, and followed up to make sure I had everything I needed :)
Worst rental experience especially upon moving out. We decided to move out out state and tried to follow city regulations but instead of trying to see us eye to eye, this company did what they always do and totally ignored us and our requests to be just seen and understood. Don’t do it. We ran from Texas because of our experiences with Keyrenters.
