I had a really disappointing experience with Keystone Property Management. I scheduled an appointment and rearranged my entire day to make it work, only for the representative to be a complete no-call, no-show. After waiting, I had to reach out to corporate myself—Only to get a call that they “forgot” about the appointment and needed to reschedule. They will take your money and ignore you.
Not a good place to deal with one of the realtors took our money made us think we had the place only for her to take our money then go to her new job at another company. No one will respond at Keyrenters when trying to call they told me they would handle the situation only to never hear from them again. All I want is my money back.
