I called to ask this company if they could make a replacement key fob and how much it would cost. They got my address and said that they would be connecting me with a local locksmith to give pricing information. I received a text shortly after saying that a locksmith would contact me before his arrival. Key works, very expensive and the standard brass is not the typical house key. It is a KW11 rather than a KW1. Minor inconvenience, especially given their being no indication and the high cost. I used one of those automatic kiosks
I paid extra for a polka dot painted key. It doesn't work. The brass keys work great.
