The call center for this company is a joke. Called 3 times in the span of an hour and a half bc I kept getting "assured" someone would call me back in 10 minutes. No one ever called. The 3rd time I called they swear they tried calling me but my phone was unavailable and suggested that I just call a different company.
This was so easy to do! We needed to make extra keys for our client and it had to be nearby, fast, easy AND convenient. It was ok if those things. They even save the key cut for future purchases. As a small business owner WE NEED ALL THE CONVENIENCE WE CAN GET! 😊 Very happy.
